Our family friend has been struggling to find a wedding cake within her budget so Ping and I offered to make one for her. Unfortunately, we've never had any experience with wedding cakes besides eating them so we decided to make this mini one to see if we could actually maybe do it. Surprisingly, she took us up on our offer after seeing our model cake. Much of my time this month is probably going to be consumed by fondant and cake recipes. I'm excited!
