spice street

pita bread with sun-dried tomato paste and olive oil

mediterranean mezzo

we (the family, minus dad, plus heather) went to spice street for sushi today since it's half-off on thursdays. unfortunately, all of the rolls we ordered were almost gone before i remembered to take a picture of them...especially the TNT roll. it has that crunchy, tempura-like shell with an array of like 5 different things on the inside. yumm, my favorite. but anyway, i did manage to get a couple shots of the bread basket and appetizer before too much damage was done to them. i am completely in love with their sun-dried tomato paste. i think i had maybe..probably that entire plate.

a few pictures by peter funch that i liked.

my sister recently showed me this site and i've been playing around with it for a while.
here were the first five links that came up.
just for fun and because they're funny/cute/interesting..
(oh yeah, i clicked the psychology button)

this has absolutely nothing to do with science olympiad, but it's awesome! touchable? bubbles.

revolutionary.

Someone linked me to this and..yeah..so, I pretty much just took all of these pictures from damncoolpics because I can't stop looking at them and all their amazing madness (that probably didn't make sense, but you'll get the point).

amazed? so am i.

new things

these pretty little hardcore rings came in the mail today.
EEK! i'm excited to wear them..with everything..everywhere!

new pair of A&F jeggings that I picked up from SP on Monday.
yes, i know.
mall on a school day. abercrombie and fitch. jeggings.
i was in shock too.
but i love them!

also..
I got bored of studying french just now, so I decided to look up "cool things" on google and came across this wild kaleidoscopic casio watch. I think it's called the G-Shock Hyper Color Man Box and it's pretty much...awesome. I love its childlike qualities (not sure how else to put it) and how it looks like a gadget straight out of some cartoon. reminds me of Monsters Inc. for some reason.
